1. Provide Financial Support to Outsourced Accountants:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for all entities.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure timely and accurate audit processes.
- Review and ensure accurate preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns.
2. Prepare and Manage Budgets:
- Develop and track budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
3. Human Resource Support:
- Assist with key HR functions within the Institute, including payroll, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks.
4. Property Management:
- Oversee property operations, including rent collection, maintenance, and liaising with tenants.
5. Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting various divisions and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate as a team player and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience or proficiency in HR functions will be an added advantage.
