Coordinate planning, management, and reporting of Mitsubishi Electric Asia’s operations, support regional strategy development, project management, logistics and branch operations, while analyzing business trends and evaluating growth potential across ASEAN countries.
- Plan and organize biannual and monthly meetings with Business Units, take minutes, and prepare figures for planning divisions.
- Manage weekly and monthly meetings; assist in tracking progress on planning projects and coordination.
- Analyze management figures, prepare regular reports, and assist in presentations to management
- Support on the receiving of non-trading goods and obtain approval upon verification of goods receiptss
- Support project management (new business, investment, office establishment, and establishment of open innovation centers).
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets and resources
- Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, domestic distribution and customs clearance.
- Support Myanmar operations, including planning, management, and regular meetings.
- Organize quarterly hybrid meetings for the Regional Planning Division.
- Analyze ASEAN market trends and policies to support future regional strategies and business expansion.
- Analyze business portfolios to identify sectors with growth potential and areas of economic security importance.
- Arrange internal meetings and handle logistics for business guests.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 1 to 3 years of corporate planning experience
- Proven experience in planning, management, and reporting within a corporate setting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
- Able to travel to Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Bangladesh etc annually.
