1. Responsible for project administration, budgets, manpower planning, scheduling, Tender Preparation, Project Kick-off and meeting delivery schedule
2. Ensuring the project is administered and executed to the satisfaction of the Client in accordance with contractual agreements and safety standards and compliant with the company policies and procedures
3. Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of the Project Management Plan, Project Start-Up and Project Close-out till warranty closure
4. Responsible for documenting and reporting project deliverables
5. Liaises and communicates with the client on project status, progress and changes
6. Administration of the project contract to ensure compliance with set performance targets, schedules and technical specifications
7. Coordinate with subcontractors on the project and ensure timely deliver
8. Review project documents before issuing to clients and coordinate with clients, classification society, suppliers and subcontractors
9. Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards,
statutory and regulatory requirements
10. Maintain good report with customers by providing relevant technical support
11. Adopt and be updated with the latest technology in improving inspection accuracy and the reliability of data
12. Identify, analyse, highlight and report all equipment-related integrity failures or degradation problems
13. Develop and recommend eéective mitigation solutions/ corrective actions in accordance with the safety and regulatory requirements
14. Conduct failure analysis inspection/reliability data & develop an improvement plan.
Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
· Be able to assist the construction team on the field whenever required.
· Be able to work flexibly after office hours due to project requirements
· Able to assist the team in eliminating construction issues
· Strong communication skills for contractor and customer management
