Job Description
- Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
- To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are volumous) Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
- To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
- To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.
- To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
- To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including sick & injured pupils.
- To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
- To handle / support situation when pupils’ vomit, soiled their clothes.
General Duties
- To assist in canteen matters, utility, FAS application, arrears fee, bus booking, etc
- To help update the school activity notice board in the office (data accuracy is important)
- To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
- To assist in general typing duties.
- To assist in Stores supplies management during school holidays
- To support any other general admin duties as and when required
