PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and onboarding of new hires; assist with the recruitment process – review and shortlisted resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks. Support the effective onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees, and employee records in HRIS.
- Assist in Work Pass (WP, SPass, EPass) application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Keep track of staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, Contract renewal, etc., and preparation of related letters.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, compensation, claims, and queries related to systems, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive culture.
- Preparation of Monthly HR reports and consolidating of Regional HR reports for Quarterly Management meetings.
- Administration of Medical and Flexi Benefits of Employee, including enrolment and terminations.
- Completion of Surveys and MOM Business Census, if any.
- Conduct salary benchmark.
- Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- Hands-on experience with all work pass (WP, SP, EP) matters
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Words)
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and excellent team player
- Organize at work and have an eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations
