Job Responsibilities:
· Managed change implementation and ensured the company's internal systems adhered to global support standards and procedures.
· Coordinated with developers for software releases and worked with infrastructure teams to prepare and set up servers and environments for trading activities.
· Established connectivity and arranged post-validation with brokers and external vendors for any events or activities to ensure stability.
· Collaborated with other technical support engineers, leveraging expertise to assist in resolving issues quickly and efficiently for customers.
· Liaised with vendors, internal application owners, infrastructure teams, and tech support to ensure trading platforms were properly installed, configured, and tested.
· Recommending of solutions to stakeholder
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
