Our client leading player in Logistics Industry. They are looking for a Crewing Executive to assist their Crewing team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at West of Singapore– easily accessible. The Crewing Executive is responsible for:
Duties
- Assist with administrative tasks such as monitoring boat and certificate expiries, updating survey status tables, and ensuring compliance with vessel certification requirements.
- Manage port clearance declarations, ICA clearances, and crew visa applications for tug boats and barges traveling to OPL, high seas, or the next port.
- Handle crew management, including employment under STCW requirements, coordination with manning agencies, and ensuring necessary certifications for Singapore or Malaysia-flagged vessels.
- Verify crew credentials such as COC and GOC, apply for necessary Flag certifications, and update crew information in the management system.
- Oversee vessel-related operations such as updating Flag details on platforms, booking pilotage, and extending non-harbor craft licenses through ICA.
- Manage crew-related finances, including salary disbursement, allowances, and payroll reporting, while ensuring smooth daily crewing operations.
Requirements
- Min 2 years experience as crewing executive and boarding officer for tug boats, AHTS;
- Able to work at irregular hours (as required to standby 24/7)
- Proficient in MS Office
