Job Description
- Prepare monthly detailed reports on buying/service subscription trends, customer requirements, and profits
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items upon low stocks
- To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.
- Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures, and systems, and makes recommendations as necessary
- Perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers
- Exposures to diverse beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening, etc.
- Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments, and service packages to customers
- Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training
- Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation
- Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff
- Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target
- Manage customer complaints on a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience preferred
- Strong leadership capability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
