Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate candidate outreach through various sources, including campuses, job portals, career fairs, and networking sessions.
- Assist in the shortlisting and selection process for candidates.
- Liaise with assigned mentors to match apprentices.
- Collaborate with the HR business partner to administer the onboarding of selected apprentices.
- Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to schedule training for apprentices.
- Track the performance of apprentices throughout the programme.
- Update related policies and workflows to align with company and/or industry changes, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide data management and analytics support to the Lead, Manpower Development, focusing on programme effectiveness and apprentice performance.
- Assist in marketing the programme to various internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment acquisition and onboarding related work
