Job Requirements:
- Mininum 2 year relevant experience
- Preperably with iTEC/WSQ certification or massage certification
- Preferably with knowledge in Skincare, Health and Wellness products and services
- Able to commit on Weekends/public holidays
- Pleasant personality and hardworking
- Customer service orientated, sales driven and target-oriented person
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
- To perform professional massage therapy, body treatments.
- Provide uncompromised services to guest/member service.
- Provide consistent professional massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with industry standards.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
- Follow and comply with the instructions given by Manager
