- Support the Programme Director to develop phasing strategy, plans, benefits case, org structures, risks and issues.
- Manage design workshops on multiple area of expertise.
- Command the respect and confidence of other Solution Architects, Solution Directors and the Commercial Team.
- Ability to develop HCL Axon’s methods and tools and contribute to Solution Team strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or any relevant.
- Minimum 10 years+ of experience.
- Strong SAP implementation experience within the Asset Management line of business and cross modular experience PM/CS/PS/QM/A&D INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS etc.
- Knowledge of integration between PM and MM/HR modules.
- Maintenance Repair & Overhaul experience within asset intensive industries.
- SAP EAM/MRO implementation experience - with 1 project lifecycles.
- Experience in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects with architecture skills.
- Experience of implementing SAP solutions for the maintenance of assets in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of HCL iMRO solutions.
