Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week
Work Type: 5-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 2,700 per month
What you will be working on?
- Process direct and PO e-invoices, non-invoice templates and hardcopy payments in the system.
- Creation of vendor records in the system.
- Raise online and IBU journals in the system.
- Creation of deposit records in the system.
- Verify all relevant transactions received from the agencies are certified by the authorized Certifying Officers (COs).
- Liaise with the agencies on the day-to-day operations and resolving issues/problems brought up by them.
- Check case management system daily to pick up and process Service Requests from the agencies in accordance to the agreed timeline.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Finance or relevant discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
