The team works collaboratively and innovatively across practice groups and functions to deliver learning solutions to our people and our clients and support strategic firm projects. We are seeking a highly communicative Learning and Organisational Development Manager to join the Asia team on a minimum of 9 month fixed term contract based in Singapore. You will manage, design and deliver professional skills development programs in line with our global offerings and develop the legal learning curriculum for legal employees and partners. In this role you will have the opportunity to participate in global initiatives and solutions and build relationships with senior stakeholders whilst implementing appropriate development interventions.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and their practical application in a professional services setting
- At least 5 years' experience working in the professional services or legal sector
- Experience leading and managing senior leaders through change
- Qualifications in organisational development, education or psychology desirable
- Qualifications and extensive experience in executive coaching desirable
- Experience in working in a global organisation and working across different time zones and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a complex and rapidly changing work environment
- Experience in needs analysis and program design for senior as well as junior audiences
