Overview:
As a Customer Service Officer, the candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving. Resposible for handling inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience for the University Campus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Admissions and Scholarships enquiries via email and telephone
- Attend walk-in Admissions and Scholarships enquiries (if required)
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in a Contact Centre / education sector preferred.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, IE) and Zoom
Specifications:
- Location: Instituition located in the West
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
*Please note that the candidate should know that they may have to work more hours on weekdays after 6 pm -1 hour to 2 hours or on Saturday, 2-3 hours to respond to emails during the peak admission window.
