Procurement Assistant

Hong Ming Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in data entry for order COGS and other data entry task
  2. Create & Manage PO, GRN, Shipping document & AP Invoices
  3. Prepare and match in goods receiving list and freight charges with the purchase order
  4. Correspond with vendors regarding prices, products availability & delivery time
  5. Track and manage transport and payment arrangement for purchases
  6. Handling Order Request
  7. Inventory Operations & Management
  8. Prepare stock and inventory report
  9. Assist in adminstrative work like quotation and project submission
  10. And other ad hoc task assigned by supervisor/manager
