Job duties:
- Dealing with submission of tender quotations and ensure timeline are met for every tender
- Sourcing of quotation for rates and technical data during tender stages
- Negotiating price with suppliers and subcontractors
- Conducting progress claims and payments, sub-contractors’ payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts
- Coordinating with all related stakeholders and dealing with Quantity take-off, manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender
- ITE/Diploma in any engineering related field
- Quantity surveyor experience in construction industry
