Job Description:
- Responsible for daily sales and oversee the operations.
- Work closely with the head chef, supervisors and managers to ensure excellent service.
- Control and direct the food preparation processes and any other relative activities.
- Handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients.
- Ensure the highest quality in preparation of dishes.
- Make sure ingredients are always fresh and high-quality.
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures and ensure proper storage methods.
- Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the kitchen and undertake steps necessary to maintain the highest possible standard in this area.
- Train and develop team members in the future.
