Responsibility
- Coordination of daily transport / transfer requirements for tourist
- Scheduling and detailing of drivers to perform daily transfer services
- Liaison with transport vendors on transfer Service related
- To check on timely operation of our fleets and recitify / report to Operation Manager
- Handle feedbacks and improvement for daily operations workflow
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily operations
- Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
Requirement
- Actively learns and is knowledgeable to answer questions on product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information.
- Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays
- Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordination with the other departments
- Relevant experiences in Reservations / operation in travel agency is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
- Possess good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Have good organizational skill with an ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work independently and deliver under tight timeline
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary
