Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM, TM, PY, ESS/MSS, and LSO) based on business needs.
- Design and maintain organizational structure and personnel administration data in SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and map them to SAP HCM functionality.
- Analyze gaps and provide solutions to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Work with technical teams for ABAP developments, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to SAP HCM modules.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other SAP and non-SAP modules.
- Generate reports using tools like SAP HR reporting, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP Analytics.
- Develop user manuals and provide training to HR teams.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Employee Self-Service (ESS)/Manager Self-Service (MSS).
- Experience with HR integration tools like SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Understanding of ABAP programming, BAPI, and BADI (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP Workflow and data migration tools.
- 3-8 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or similar roles.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP HCM implementation.
- Experience in handling production incidents raised by performing root cause analysis, providing issue resolution, conducting SIT and writing test scripts, and covering UAT tickets during UAT within the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
- Experience in BSI TaxFactory 9.0, BSI TaxFactory 10.0, SAP GUI 7.20, SAP Netweaver Business Component 5.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP HCM certification (preferred).
