Overview
In this role you will support the Business Development Manager in delivering business growth. You will be the expert in aligning company priorities by structuring and leading internal projects for optimising business and financial performance. This involves cross functional collaboration, helping departments evolve early-stage ideas and driving new initiatives forward. You will also gain experience across varied business functions including Human Resource, Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Finance and Marketing in the F&B industry. You will have the autonomy to lead projects that solve complex and ambiguous business challenges.
Responsibilities include
- Identify opportunities for Operations, Human Resource, New Business, New Product, Marketing and other business functions, with a focus on supporting business development
- Translate business ideas into concrete objectives and key results, and execute projects critical to LWB’s short and long-term growth
- Identify and draw on analytical tools and techniques to gather new insights, develop creative approaches and provide recommendations to organisational issues
- Review and configure current business processes and strategy to boost overall performance, increase efficiency and mitigate risks
- Review and update organisation policies
- Communicate findings on a regular basis to different levels in the organisation
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BSc degree from a reputable university (preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline)
- Preferably some experience in the F&B or FMCG industry
- Fresh graduates with strong CCA track record are welcome to apply
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken
