Job Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase environmentally friendly materials and products to support our sustainable mission.
- Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company values and sustainability goals.
- Formulate strategic procurement plans for both international and domestic sourcing to meet company objectives.
- Work proactively with cross-department teams to ensure product quality and timely deliveries, fostering strong internal collaboration.
- Regularly analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and potential supply chain risks to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers, manage budgeting, and implement cost optimization measures in line with the company’s financial and environmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant environmental regulations throughout the sourcing process.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Strong understanding of international and domestic procurement processes, with experience in sustainable materials preferred.
- Proactive in collaborating across departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external partners and suppliers.
- Strong technical and data-driven decision-making skills to adjust procurement strategies based on market trends and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress and maintain high performance during peak periods.
- Independent and team-oriented, able to take initiative while working collaboratively with others.
