DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Good knowledge of interior architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office suite, Revit
Flair in design; able to sketch fast and produce a good design concept
Good understanding of materials cost and application
Work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production
Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules
Result-oriented and passionate to deliver projects successfully
Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity
Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues
Work closely with the team and Design Lead to develop, coordinate and implement the interior design of projects from concept design to documentation and construction
Liaison with client, sub-contractor
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
A recognized Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
2-5 years of local working experience
Fresh graduates with a desire to grow professionally are welcome
Preferable experience in the workplace
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Conversant with local codes and regulations
