Sales Support
Salary: $2, 500 - $3, 500
Working Days: Mon - Friday, 8.30am – 5.15pm
Location: Office - Kwong Min Road (Boon Lay)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the regional market.
- Prepare quotations for projects and QSR, process sales orders, and follow up with customers, particularly for remote sales.
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating order execution and liaising with the service department and customers.
- Assist the Costing Department by entering BQs, obtaining supplier quotations, and calculating markups %.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure payment before order release.
- Support sales representatives with reports , customer code creation in the BC system, and scanning documents - DO for finance.
- Manage customer inquiries, handling quotation on behalf of sales representatives, assist with corporate email by diverting to respective colleague
- Handle various administrative tasks, including creating item codes, managing corporate emails, preparing documents for tenders, filling, documentation.
- Prepare a list of addition/omission for big project
- Prepare payment requisition form upon request by sales representatives
- Prepare T Loan agreement/application form for seeking director’s approval & send to customer for signature & arrange delivery/collection
- Cover for absent sales support members and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- With relevant working experience in sales coordinator / customer service.
