The M & E Co-ordinator report to the Project Manager (PM) and assist him in the following:-
• assist PM in preparation of Master Programme, Project Quality Plan, Materials/Works Quality Plan and
applicable standard work method
• arrange and maintain site temporary facilities such as electrical and water supply
• understand drawings and specifications, identify discrepancy and seek clarifications with Consultants
• manage and supervise Domestic/Nominated Sub-contractor works
• arrange and co-ordinate with Sub-contractors for submission of samples and approval of shop drawings
• assist in the issuing of drawings/Part plans to sub-contractors
• assist PM in the issuing and filing of correspondences
• assist in the updating of construction drawings
• updating of site progress
• arrangement of mock-up sample and ensure works done by sub-contractors are in accordance to the
approved shop drawings and comply with specifications
• supervise and ensure proper housekeeping by sub-contractor
• control quality of works and high safety standard
• assist in the control and keeping of proper record of variations
• prepare monthly progress claim and certification of Sub-contractors’ claims
• arrange and ensure all defects works are properly done by sub-contractors
• compilation of As-Built Drawings and required O & M Manuals
• assess sub-contractors’ performance
• to implement & ensure that site safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements are in accordance to
our integrated management system
