Swiss School In Singapore

From 1 August 2025, we have a vacancy for an Arts and Crafts Teacher (Textile and Technical Design) for 85% to 100% workload


Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a teacher in the respective field or comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Passion for creative education and fostering students' artistic skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage resources efficiently.
  • Experience in handling various materials, techniques and tools.
  • Highly committed and flexible team player.
  • Very good communication skills in German or French and in English.
  • Positive attitude, interest and sensitivity towards other cultures.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivery of Arts & Crafts lessons from Primary 1 to 6 (age 6 to 12) in accordance with Swiss Curriculum.
  • Promotion of students' manual and creative skills.
  • Preparation and organisation of projects, exhibitions and school events.
  • Collaboration within the teaching team and active participation in shaping everyday school life.
