Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion and Analysis: Develop market segmentation strategies by analysing trends, acquire new customers, and expand business, focusing especially on promoting eco-friendly and sustainable tableware and food packaging products in the F&B sector.
- Sales Goal Setting and Execution: Assist in formulating clear sales plans and OKRs, driving the team to consistently strive toward achieving sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, stable partnerships with existing clients (including catering companies, restaurant chains, and supermarkets), ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering ongoing collaboration.
- Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the team and supervisors to coordinate resources, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver excellent service to clients.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts and credit, ensuring timely collection of receivables before credit limits are exceeded or due dates are passed.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, particularly with experience selling packaging products to catering companies, restaurant chains, supermarkets, or fresh food factories.
- Passionate about the F&B industry and eco-friendly products, with a keen interest in staying updated on market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of maintaining and managing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong focus on OKRs, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Resilient in the face of challenges, consistently working towards closing customer deals.
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
