Role: Enterprise Architect (LeanIX)
Role Summary:The Enterprise Architect will lead the development and implementation of IT strategy, driving digital initiatives, and ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives. The role involves overseeing global technology and application architecture, managing enterprise architecture roadmaps, and guiding the technical design authority. The position requires close collaboration with senior management, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of digital transformation and continuous improvement across business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of IT strategy and enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Oversee digital demand management, design lifecycle, and best practices.
- Provide architectural oversight on technology, vendor, and software selection.
- Drive capability enablement and digitization to improve core processes.
- Engage with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Lead technical design authority and ensure lifecycle governance.
- Propose scalable solutions and conduct proof of concepts (POCs).
- Ensure cost-effective, sustainable architecture and monitor ROI.
- Develop and implement frameworks, standards, and reference models.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and promote technology as a change enabler.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise design and global infrastructure initiatives.
- Expertise in SAP LeanIX and proven success in driving EA transformation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts.
- Knowledge of Cloud and hybrid environments for enterprise architecture.
- Experience with multi-site enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, MRP, MES, BI).
- Proven success in traditional and agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management and translating IT strategy to business outcomes.
- TOGAF certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain solutions preferred.
