We are seeking a skilled Network Consultant to oversee and deliver enterprise-grade network services and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and execute network infrastructure projects, including standardizing network services and reducing operational overhead across agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Utilize innovative network technologies to drive new initiatives and service enhancements.
- Maintain and improve enterprise-grade network services to meet organizational and client needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement network solutions that align with current and future infrastructure demands.
- Ensure all services comply with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Central ICT Infrastructure capability centers to craft optimal network strategies.
- Coordinate with team leaders and external service providers to achieve project goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure service delivery, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing service quality and efficiency through advanced technologies and methodologies.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to implement necessary improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure, particularly in network services.
- Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects and delivering high-quality IT services.
