- Report to the Area Manager to manage the store operation from sales to people management
Lead the sales team to achieve the target - Provide prestige service to promote the stylish brand and lifestyle fashion to our customers
- Able to analyze and transform the data into the business strategies to sustain and drive the business
- Accountable for the store operation with commitment and drive for the business growth and success
- Work closely with the Manager and management as a key focal point between office and store to run the store in an effective and efficient way
- Initiate breakthrough ideas to add value to the operations and business
- Train and develop the sales team to foster a positive culture on teamwork
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of retaining sales experience in which 3 years in supervisory level
- Mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Can-do attitude and strong leadership skill
- Energetic, enthusiastic character with passion and high influential skill
- With positive mind to adapt dynamic environment
- Sensitive to figure and good analytical mind
