Key Responsibilities:

Design

1. Create custom designs (rings, necklaces, etc.) using sketches or CAD software

Production

1. Melt/alloy metals for desired properties
2. Shape using casting, forging, soldering
3. Cast molten metal into molds
4. Refine with hammering, rolling, polishing

Finishing

1. Set precious stones (prong, bezel, pave)
2. Smooth/Polish for high-quality finish

Repair/Restoration

1. Repair damaged jewelry
2. Restore antique pieces

Quality Control

1. Inspect for design specs, quality, durability

Customer Service

1. Consult for preferences, budget, outcomes
2. Adjust designs based on feedback
