Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer (Mobility ) to work on deployment and enhancements projects with clients mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in common MDM and UEM solutions, enabling seamless deployment, configuration, and management of end-user devices across various platforms. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable device management while enhancing user productivity and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
Device Management and Configuration
- Administer, configure, and maintain Workspace ONE UEM and Microsoft Intune platforms to manage end-user devices (mobile, laptops, desktops, and tablets).
- Develop and deploy device provisioning profiles, policies, and configuration settings for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms.
- Perform bulk device enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy configuration.
Application and Patch Management
- Manage application distribution, updates, and removal using MDM tools.
- Perform regular patch management to ensure devices remain secure and up-to-date with the latest OS and application versions.
- Test and deploy critical security updates across managed devices to minimize vulnerabilities.
Server Setup/ Upgrade ( Non MDM related )
- Deploy, configure and update Windows Servers .
- Apply updates, patches and configuration changes to on-prem or cloud systems
- Assist in any related system projects that may be assigned
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Workspace One UEM and/or Intune (Endpoint Manager)
• Familiarity with Active Directory Azure AD
• Proficiency with Managing End-user Devices especially Windows Devices
• Knowledge of scripting languages ( eg. Powershell)
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms is required
• Pleasant disposition and good communication skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Team player mentality
