Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Brands Manager to oversee brand strategy and drive the success of our portfolio across online platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and maximize revenue in the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce brand strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Manage brand performance across e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal product positioning and presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform brand decisions and improve engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with platform partners and vendors to optimize brand presence.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopee & TikTok) and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
