Responsibilities:
- Be proactive, looking for ways to improve operations, provide better service to customers and ensure growth in business.
- Willing to work in different locations and on shift duty
- Ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with company's standards and requirements
- Implement and drive branding initiatives to achieve company's objectives.
- Manage the day to day operation, e.g. planning time schedule, maintenance and training of new staff
- Maintain the quality of service of staff and monitor the quality of production by kitchen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in F&B industry, with at least 3 years in management position
- Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow, cost control, and managing P/L
- Fast learning ability, effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with good numerical sense
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
