The title holder is a self-driven, inquisitive, organised and personable individual that reports to the operations manager. He/She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our business operations by building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality service to our customers. He/She will:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and ensure that all matters are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend regular update meetings with customers
- Plan and manage the allocation of the manpower of the operations team at the various work sites
- Analyse data for basic signs and indications of potential problems
- Maintain company level accreditations, registrations and workheads with the relevant authorities
- Ensure that SOP and manuals are updated and compliant with the latest regulations and accreditation standards
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that SOPs are adhered to and take corrective actions when necessary
- Conduct site surveys for potential sites and identify areas where we can add value
- Prepare documents for tender submissions
- Prepare risk assessment, method of work and complete necessary permits applications
Requirements
- Minimum Degree with a major in related fields will be advantageous
- 2-3 years of working experience in related role
- Well-organised and pro-active
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Strong logical reasoning ability and efficient in problem solving
