Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development for Interior Design or Interior Architecture (Commercial Office Fit-Outs).
- Sales and target-driven, with expertise in client management and relationship building in a professional services context.
- Established network within the commercial office design sector.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-starter, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to enhance market share and profitability, collaborating with the Managing Director to achieve sales targets and analyze financial performance.
- Ensure project management standards meet industry benchmarks, securing competitive pricing and maximizing contract margins.
- Grow and maintain the business portfolio by identifying new market opportunities and high-potential clients, while implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with interior designers, marketing teams, and contractors for resource needs, and prepare proposals and tender submissions
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
