Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Disputes Associate (2-4 years PQE) to join their Singapore office. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to work alongside a team of highly talented individuals on complex and high-profile dispute cases.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage a wide range of disputes, including corporate, commercial, and cross-border matters, showcasing your ability to navigate challenging legal issues. You will conduct thorough legal research and analysis, delivering commercially sound advice tailored to client needs. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings, you will foster strong relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues across offices, contributing to multi-jurisdictional cases.
Requirements:
You should be a Singapore qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE and possess strong academic credentials. Relevant experience in litigation and dispute resolution is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
