- The Project Lead is responsible to articulate and produce charters to justify for the costs and benefits of projects, and to provide robust evaluation and recommendation on the appropriate solution or vendor.
- Oversee end-to-end project management in terms of goals, budget and timeline and the associated user communication and training to achieve successful implementation
- manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to scope, budget, schedules and quality of the project.
- Develop, maintain and revise proposals for assigned projects.
- Set and track project milestones, manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign the schedules and expectations as required.
- Collect, analyze and summarize information and trends to prepare the project staus reports.
- Manage contractors, vendors and research project teams.
- Assess the solutions proposed by third party appoointed project vendor to be robust and meet project's requirements.
