Description and Responsibilities:
- Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare cost
- Document progress claims, materials, and reports on project
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Preparation and submission of tender as well as variation order (VO) documents if any
- Regular and up-to date claims submissions and follow-up
- Any Ad-hoc duties required
Requirements:
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Experience in civil engineering/ infrastructure projects will be a plus
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Require skill(s): MS Office and AutoCad
- 5 days work per week
