Job Description
- Conduct valuation of all types of properties in Singapore for financial institutions, goverment agencies, coporate bodies and individuals.
- Scope of work includes research and data analysis, providing indicative valuations, guiding and co-ordinating with team members in task distribution, management of timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain and build relationships with our clients and business partners.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Good analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Able to work under time pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
