Job Description
- Facilitate survey administration and conduct data validation on completed surveys
- Make calls out to respondents to verify and clarify data
- Conduct and verify data on completed survey cases to ensure data is accurate and reliable
- Support the team and contact service centre in terms of administrative and coordination
- Data entry for completed surveys, and to update status and report to supervisor
- Ensure highest level of customer experience service is rendered
- Respond to queries from respondents in a professional manner
- Maintains a high standard of work quality by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals
- (KPI)
- Ability to work proactively, independently under tight timelines
- Proficient in computer usage, able to adapt to systems within a short period of time
Requirement
- Possess at least ‘A’ levels qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in using computer and Microsoft Office
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
- Must be detailed and ensure data accuracy
- Focus on quality and customer service
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
