Business Account Manager

Job Description & Requirements:

Join our team as an Account manager in the digital marketing space, where you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful results for our clients. This full-time position, based in the heart of Singapore's CBD at One Raffles (just a 1-minute walk from Raffles MRT), offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team and digital advertising excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and prospective customers, nurturing long-term partnerships.

- Prospect, identify and secure new sales opportunities while fostering existing client relationships for ongoing business growth. (Target Leads Provided)

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, craft effective media plans, and develop customized strategies to meet their business goals.

- Deliver persuasive and clear presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to clients. (The whole process is fully supported by the company)

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver optimal solutions that drive business performance for clients.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales/account management or digital marketing is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

- Proven experience with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic ads, is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.

- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of market trends. (Good to have)

- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within the digital marketing field.

- Must be proficient in spoken Chinese.
