Job Objectives
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with various stakeholders in each business unit to analyse and provide SME support in department’s role matrix amendment.
· Perform application onboarding activities which include requirement gathering, build, UAT and support production deployments into the IDM solution.
· Manage the bank’s access review exercise which includes application access reconciliation and consolidation into centralized access repository.
· Review application access matrix.
· Perform maintenance of Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules in the IDM solution.
Providing audit related data to internal and external auditors.
Key Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
· At least 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
· Relevant experience in any of the IDM tools
· Strong knowledge of role-based access control.
· Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
· Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java.
· Hands on experience with Reporting tools with excellent computational ability.
· Effective communication skills require excellent stakeholder management skills, has ability to multitask effectively and need to be a good team player.
· Work independently with minimal to no supervision.
