As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the manufacturing, semiconductor and transportation industries. You will work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with our strong candidate pool, delivering tailored talent solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and secure new clients, this includes market research and networking.
- Attend meetings and consultations with potential clients to understand their hiring needs, present recruitment solutions, and propose customized recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close business deals that align with the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, with exposure to industries such as manufacturing, semiconductor and transportation being a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- This is a freelance position, full commission basis.
