About Our Client

Our client is a global leader offering professional training and certifications to finance individuals. They have count more than 150,000 members globally and have global presence. They are not expanding their team in Singapore, looking for a Marketing Manager to lead their growth in emerging markets: India, Sri Lanka & the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Lead the localization and adaptation of the global brand strategy for India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines
  • Provide clear market brand entry and Go-to-Market strategies to management
  • Support the Public Relations and Media team to drive brand reputation initiatives
  • Conceptualize and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive event campaigns for members and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a budget for campaigns, as well as the regional marketing & communication activities.
  • Acquire & develop collateral/goodies to support marketing campaigns and stakeholder appreciation.
  • Conduct market competitor reviews to gauge brand and marketing effectiveness
  • Keep up to date with industry trends relevant to members / business
  • Identify online and social media opportunities for advocacy and brand building across international markets
  • Develop a regional market communication strategy to position the company as a designation of choice in collaboration with the Public Relations & Earned Media Team
  • Develop and execute regional communication plans to support new member growth, increase awareness and drive member satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with local media outlets and key influencers to raise brand awareness
  • Represent members and the organization at committees, forums, and with Governments and regulators.
  • Identify key stakeholders, such as government, regulatory bodies, media, key members and general public and develop and maintain productive relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • About 5+ years of Marketing experience, with hand-on experience on Events, Campaigns, Digital, Public Relations, branding etc (360)
  • Experience owning a P&L is key
  • Exposure to Consumer Goods, Professional Services, Training, Education is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to designated markets when required to liaise with agents on-site.
