Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records, conduct stock checks, and prepare monthly inventory and slow-moving reports.
- Handle shipments, record keeping (photos/videos), and manage goods received and dispatched.
- Input data into SAP, coordinate quality inspections, and organize goods on designated shelves.
- Pick, pack, label, and arrange shipments as per customer requirements, including preparing necessary export and customs documents.
- Communicate with suppliers about defective materials, support production needs, and occasionally deliver goods to customers.
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA)
