The hiring firm is a a reputable firm in the professional services industry with strong presence in Asia. In the midst of strengthening their technical teams, they are actively looking for a Senior M365 Engineer to take charge of the firm's M365 applications (OneDrive, MS Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint). In this this role, you will closely support business teams and work with regional stakeholders.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide second and third-line support for the prompt resolution of issues on the whole suite of M365 applications used company-wide, including collaboration tools
- Collaborate with regional/global technical teams on infrastructure and applications support and enhancement
- Perform root cause analysis on applications issues and provide recommendations to maintain/improve service levels
- Develop and maintain successful internal and external business relationships with stakeholders in order to understand existing and emerging business needs
- Ensure documentation and training materials are created and updated accordingly
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services at a 2nd/3rd level, with strong knowledge of Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.
- Understanding of M365 licences, security and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
