What We Offer

As a Lead Software Engineer of the scrum team, you will be responsible for full cycle of QA Activities in multi-regional development teams and provide leadership for in scope full-stack QA activities. This will be from requirement analysis to test coverage automation of business features for the ControllerView™ Platform team.

You will lead QA processes and provide direction to improve quality standards and reliability of product.

What You Will Do

· Engage with cross functional & multi regional teams on test system design, test planning and test automation

· Create and execute test plans, provide test reports to key stakeholders

· Maintaining industry best practices for QA, compliance, and test automation

· Improve and maintain current test automation systems and increase coverage for existing automated testing suites

· Responsible for management and coordination of testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting

· Mentoring for QA Engineers

What We Expect

· 7+ years’ experience of QA and testing profiles with knowledge of various testing methodologies

· Strong knowledge of software testing methods, types, tools and process

· Experience with design and development of test documentation (test plan, test strategy, test cases, checklists)

· Familiarity with requirements review, creating bug reports

· Hands-on experience with functional testing

· Working and creating QA metrics (review client's problems and mitigation)

· Good presentation skills for QA-related knowledge sharing

· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail

· Familiarity with Linux operating systems, Shell scripting

· Strong experience with test automation (Java, Selenium)

· Prior experience with Jenkins, Docker

· Experience with SQL, REST API, SSO, Nginx

· Java knowledge will be a plus

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office at least 2 days per week.
