Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Display Setup & Execution:Design, create, and install window displays, in-store displays, and promotional setups to enhance brand image.
Ensure displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and aligned with current marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand brand guidelines and promotional needs.
Regularly update and refresh displays to reflect seasonal or promotional changes.
- Material & Resource Management:Source, manage, and maintain display materials (e.g., props, mannequins, signage, lighting).
Oversee inventory of display materials and suggest new items to improve visual impact.
- Client Engagement & Brand Representation:Act as a visual brand ambassador, ensuring displays align with company standards.
Monitor and adjust displays based on customer feedback and store traffic patterns.
Assist in photo shoots for promotional materials or social media content.
- Maintenance & Safety:Ensure all displays are securely mounted and meet safety standards.
Regularly check the condition of displays and materials, performing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate display timings and themes.
Report on display performance, including sales impact and customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, interior design, or a related field.
- Strong creative and artistic ability, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple display projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of display trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Conceptualization & Design:Collaborate with event organizers and clients to understand the theme, vision, and goals for each event.
Develop creative, cohesive, and on-brand event designs, including decor, table settings, lighting, floral arrangements, and props.
Suggest innovative décor ideas that enhance the guest experience and align with event objectives.
- Set-Up & Installation:Plan and execute the setup of all decorative elements for events, ensuring timely completion and seamless coordination.
Install and arrange décor elements such as stage setups, floral arrangements, lighting, drapery, signage, and furniture.
Ensure that décor elements are practical, safe, and in compliance with the event’s venue guidelines.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management:Source and manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., florists, prop suppliers, fabricators) to acquire materials and props.
Oversee delivery, installation, and collection of decorative items, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- On-Site Event Coordination:Work closely with other event teams (AV, catering, logistics) to ensure the overall vision is aligned and executed smoothly.
Adjust and troubleshoot décor setups during the event to resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor the visual appearance throughout the event, making adjustments as necessary.
- Post-Event Breakdown:Oversee the removal and packing up of decorative elements post-event.
Maintain an inventory of décor materials and ensure proper storage for future events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an event decorator, interior designer, or related field.
