Job Responsibilities
- To provide efficient and effective sales administration process flow and coordination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
- To support Account Managers in preparing Sale Quotations to customers’ enquiries with an eye of detail and close follow up.
- To response to customers’ request on quotations and products information for new purchases requirements or renewals of licenses/maintenances.
- To verify on prices before submitting to Purchaser to process Purchase Order.
- To process Sales Orders for confirmed sales orders.
- To response to Customer’s request on delivery and co-ordinate with Operations team.
- To escalate maintenance or support issues that has been reported by the Customers with Operations team.
- To work closely with the Account Managers to meet sales performance goal.
- To document all relevant data systematically.
- To gather information and support Account Managers when there is a Tender requirement in liaison with Suppliers and Technical Solution Team.
- To follow up on tender progress and updates.
- To establish a good relationship with Customers to explore if there are any other opportunities apart from those products requested and expand the business opportunities to create more sales revenue.
- To perform other administrative duties as assigned or other duties as deemed required by Company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with 2 to 3 years Customer Services’ working experiences preferably in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.
- Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.
- Keen to learn and a team player.

Customer Service Executive salary range : $2300 to $2500, with attractive monthly sales incentives and monthly mobile reimbursement claim max up to $50.
