Job Description:
· Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function
· Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system
· Prepare and maintain and maintain employee payroll records
· Preparation and submission of Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
· Filing of all government paid leave and claims
· Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matters
· To undertake other HR functions, ad hoc projects and other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirement:
· Familiar with Employment, CPF/Foreign workers Levy Acts
· Diploma in Admin/HRM
· At least 2 years relevant experience, handling large headcounts
· Independent, hands-on individual with strong time management skills
· Proficient in MS Excel
